Return Policy

Lumidoro offers a flexible return policy. Buyers may, upon mutual agreement for return of the purchased item, be refunded after the item(s) is returned within 7 days, in its original condition. 

The shipping costs however, are at the expense of the buyer.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

 

-Communication in advance of returns is paramount.

-The item has to be in the original condition – no damage was incurred such as: scratches, scrapes, lost or damaged gems, traces of new damage such as breaks or bends.

-Items must be proven to have no newly incurred damage or wear, not present when bought.

​-The item can not have been adapted on request of the buyer by Luminoso.

-The item cannot have been changed after purchase by others than Luminoso.

​Returns will be processed within two weeks of reception of the returned item.
